York Street has been instructed by one of the top global business advisory firms to appoint a Senior Surveyor for their Real Estate Development Consultancy practice in London. This is arguably 'the advisory firm' you want to work with as you progress your career and hone your professional skills by gaining experience on the most sizeable and complex regeneration and development projects in London. For this unrivalled opportunity in the market, we are inviting interest from high calibre candidates with at least 2 years PQE within a development consultancy or clientside development environment.
As a market leader in property development consultancy services, our client currently advises on over 100 million square feet of development in London, including many of its trophy development projects. Their clients are provided with real estate and financial services advice to help them deliver development projects and transactions in the market place. The team works as a strategic partner, often by working closely with and inside a client organisation(s), as well as delivering solutions and transactions in the market.
Description of the Role
Reporting to Partner level, the Senior Surveyor will work closely with clients on a range of development consultancy instructions. The team thrives on iconic London projects of significant scale and/or complexity. You may be working on multiple projects, or seconded into one major scheme.

To achieve success in the role, successful candidates will require the following experience and qualities:
£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + bonus + flexible benefits package.
